Onsite Service Plan 1The company pays us a fixed hourly rate for an agreed number of hours/week to provide the on-site serviceSignificant cost savings associated with:

None. But company needs to invest financially in the service before it can see it’s ROI.Between £75 -£95/hour depending on geographical location and number of hours/week.
Onsite Service Plan 2Company employees pay for the service themselves using their Private Medical Insurance Policy or paying us directlyThe company can offer its employees an on-site physiotherapy service at no cost to the company.Not a specialised occupational physiotherapy service as it is employee-led (being paid for by the employee). The employer therefore has less influence which means less sickness absence cost savings.Employer: noneEmployee: between £37 – £58 per 30 minute appointment.
Onsite Service Plan 3Option 3 is a combination of Service Plans 1 & 2. Employees can refer themselves at their cost or by using their medical insurance, or the employer can refer them at their cost. The company pays us a ‘retainer fee’ for being on-site for the agreed number of hours should the patient fees not reach this amountThe company provides its employees with an on-site occupational physiotherapy service for a potentially lower cost than Option 1.The company does not have complete control in the management of their employees’ care as part of the time is spent treating employees who are paying for their treatment themselves.Between £37 – £58 per 30 minute appointment

 

Off-site Physiotherapy

Offsite Service Plan 1Company refers and pays for their employee to have occupational physiotherapy treatment and intervention at our Private Clinics on an as needed basis.The company provides its employees with an off-site occupational physiotherapy service which is possibly less expensive than the Off-site Service Plan 2 below or the On-site Service Plan 1 detailed above.
  • Company will need to be London based.
  • Appointments are made within the regular clinic diary so getting immediate and first choice appointments may not always be possible.
  • The company needs to invest financially in the service before it can see it’s ROI.
Between £50 – £58 per 30 minute appointment
Off-site Service Plan 2The Company pays us a fixed hourly rate for an agreed number of hours/week at any of our off-site clinics.The company provides its employees with an off-site occupational physiotherapy service with it’s own assigned physiotherapist and greater appointment flexibility and availability than Off-site Service Plan 1 detailed above.
  • Company will need to be London based.
  • It is more expensive than Off-site Service Plan 1 above.
  • The company needs to invest financially in the service before it can see it’s ROI.
Between £80 -£95/hour depending on number of hours/week.
Off-site Service Plan 3Company agrees to recommend and advertise to its employees our services and clinics. The employees self-refer and pay for the service using their Medical Insurance Policy or pay directly. We offer self-paying employees a corporate discount and a number of free physiotherapy appointments to the company to use at their discretion when referring numbers reach defined thresholds.Your company provides its employees with a discounted easily accessible and efficient off-site physiotherapy service at no cost to the company.This is not an occupational physiotherapy service as the employee is self-referring and paying for their treatment. The company therefore does not have complete control in the management of their employees’ care and absenteeism cost savings for the company are significantly less than our other plans.Between £37 – £58 per 30 minute appointment
