Alexandra Bell
Finance Director
After earning an degree in physiotherapy from King’s College London in 1996, Alex initially worked in a clinical capacity in private practice both here and in the United States.
Upon her return from the US in 2001, Alex took a break from clinical work to take up a position with an international recruitment company. This position allowed Alex to begin developing her management and financial skills and she returned 7 years ago to the physiotherapy world in a management rather than clinical capacity.
Alex is Back in Action’s Financial Director as well as managing our administrative team.

Rhiannon Clayton
Practice Administrator
Rhiannon works part-time for Back in Action Physiotherapy. She graduated from the University of Bristol in 2001 with a BSc hons in Pathology & Microbiology and recently left her career in marketing to begin studying part-time for a BSc Hons degree in Physiotherapy at London South Bank University. Her previous work and her move towards becoming a qualified physiotherapist, means she is able to help with the smooth running of the practice and patient queries.
Sophie Thomas
Practice Receptionist
Sophie joined the administrative team at Back in Action in June 2008 as our full time receptionist. As well as a friendly face greeting clients using our Tower Hill Clinic, Sophie handles telephone enquires and schedules physiotherapy appointments across all five London clinics.
With an NVQ in Beauty Therapy and Anatomy, Sophie comes from a strong customer service background having previously run a busy beauty salon in a well established Hotel and Health Spa.
