1 hour individual sessions
We recommend that all new clients attend a one to one session before commencing a beginners class. You need to have grasped the basic principles of pilates i.e finding the neutral pelvis position and isolating the deep abdominal muscles before moving on to learn the other exercises.

- 2:1 session £35 (must be 2 paying participants per session)

2. Pilates Matwork – Beginners

Designed for beginners, it is the ideal introduction to Pilates and will teach care of your back and posture while strengthening your core postural muscles.
- Wednesday Evenings 6pm- 7pm OR Thursday Lunchtimes 12pm – 1pm
- 1 class = £15
- 5 classes paid in advance = £65
- 10 classes paid in advance = £100
- A 24 hour booking and cancellation notice is applicable for each class.
3. Pilates Matwork – General Level
This class welcomes those who have had some Pilates experience and will challenge your core strength and flexibility further. The results are improvements in muscular and joint suppleness, strength and posture and an increase in self awareness and movement efficacy which reflects on day-to-day activities.
- Every Thursday Lunchtime 1pm – 2pm
- 1 class = £15
- 5 classes paid in advance = £65
- 10 classes paid in advance = £100
